Careful tonight and tomorrow

If you don't need to go out tomorrow or tonight guys then it's not worth it. I've just had a hell of a journey, I left Sainsburys Hedge End at 5:30pm and got home to Warsash at 21:10pm. The M27 has been at a standstill for hours, junction 9 is nearly closed and people are abandoning their cars there and at Segensworth. Most steep hills seem impossible to climb and there's loads of black ice hidden under the slush. If you do have to leave the driveway tomorrow and can't go by foot then good luck.

I've got a 40 mile journey tomorrow from Lyneham to Middle Wallop. No snow here at the mo lets see what its like at 5:30am

Matt drives for a living and basically got told that he may have to drive to Exeter (60 miles) to pick up the delivery from the Exeter depot if it can't get to the Bodmin depot , wtf a lorry can't get down but a Renault Master van can get up there OK!

I got 100 miles to do sometime between now and 6am Thursday to get to my work as and when or even if I do is another matter!

Started light snow here at 21:45 in South Wales, they forecast heavy snow from midnight.

Well I know the whole of Hampshire is pretty much covered, not sure about the rest of the South.

My next-door neighbour drove back from Bournemouth and had to go on the M3 and then get off and go along country roads to get here in his Freelander, and his partner who's a driving instructor had to give up half way through a lesson and park the car and walk the learner home and then home herself.

Well we got loads overnight up here , and it's been on and off all day.
There was at least a foot this morning , ended up pushing my van 3 times on the way to work !

Well i left work in Exeter at 1.30pm to do a 42 mile trip to my house,i got home at 5pm We only had about 3-4 inches but enough to slow the trafffic down to a virtual standstill and they forecast more snow tonight

I think i'll be staying put tomorrow The missus has driven to Essex and back today and can't get into the village here so will be sleeping at her Mum's tonight,she expexts to get there about 11.15pm after starting out this morning at 7.15am,what a day........
