Question photos to DVD help required

    Hi to all,
I am trying to copy photos which are stored on my PC and I want to copy them to DVD as this has 4.7gb of storage compared with CD storage of 700mb. I have approx 55gb of photos which I need to copy as I am going to be getting rid of PC and just be using my laptop. As you can see if I was to copy all my photos to CD it would mean approx 70 cd's as opposd to approx 12 DVD's.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I have no problems to copying to CD but I don't know how to save to DVD.
    Cheers
    Neil71

Depending on your version of windows there may not be any native DVD burning support. I guess you just drag and drop to the CDs?

You will need some DVD burning software.

For that amount of storage it would also be worth getting an external hard drive. They are pretty cheap. Another approach would be to buy a bigger hard drive for your existing computer and use the old smaller drive as an external.

    Or, get a Mac!
