Default GSi Exhaust System onto 2.2DTI

Got offered aGSi system at a great price, I'm assuming this would fit onto my 2.2DTi with at worse only having to reduce the bore size on the front of the centre section?

Can anyone confirm before I go ahead and purchase?

    Thanks

The system will hang under the car with the same mountings, but you will need to have the front section totally changed as the 2.2 DTi and 3.2 V6 downpipes are completly different so it won't be a direct fit.

Bore size, this is different so you may see some negative effects as the system is design to run on a normally aspirated V6 and you want to run it on a forced induction diesel.

    Personally, I wouldn't fit it.

ah ok. Only really wanted it so I had twin rear boxes, I was thinking I could cut and weld in the Y section then just use both GSi rear boxes.

it will fit, but you will need a stepped pipe that goes from 45mm to 55mm cant remember the exact size, these are available from most moto factors, but like mav said you will go from say 45mm to say 55mm, not sure how this would affect your particular car

The bore size wouldn't make a massive difference as turbo's don't really need back pressure like N/A engines.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!
