Help! How do i remove front door panels.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. my 2 front doors have recently started to make a cracking noise when opening and shutting. I want to remove the door covers to get to the door pins but not sure how to remove them ?

There are two screws behind the grab handle, then three along the bottom. The rest is held on with those trim popper things that always break
