Default HVAC problems with 3.2 vec C

Hi, got a problem with my veccy. 1st of the heater only blows cold air, no matter what the temp is set to, its just freezing, 2nd problem the engine cooling fans come on from start up even if the engine is cold, stop the engine - keys out, they stay on the over-run for 5+ minutes. Not loosing any water, performance was fine until the fault with the cooling fans, with these running the engine cuts out intermitently, i think this is to do with how the ECU is fuelling the engine ( it thinks its hot when its not )
I had the water pump changed about 6 months ago.

    Please help , many thanks

Coolant Temperature sensor duff, which will cause the rad fans to run and the engine will run to cold making it run less than efficient!

Yeah a few people have said that so i got a new one, i didn't fit it but i simply just pluged it in, no joy. just to be sure i changed the right sensor, where is it and what does it look like, the one i got from vx kinda looked like an all brass spark plug. Also thank you for the quick reply
