    Default Juddering @ 1500 rpm

Started juddering at around 1500rpm last week and the spanner light came on but would go away when you turn of then back on again, when driving on motorways at speed is all ok but when your in traffic at low speed car is coughing juddering, so booked into stealers and they called me and said EGR so they went ahead and fitted new one, picked car up later that night and on the way home it is still doing the same tryed to call them but no answer so will re-book in, any ideas what it could be

Sounds like the third Injector wiring loom, a known problem on the CDTi 150.

Would it be linked to the flywheel as this is getting louder not getting any clutch slipping ?

Fitted new plug to 3rd injector didn't make any differance so have booked back into stealers on friday.
Not to bad when moving but if i park up and rev to 1500rpm and hold it there car starts to judder or missfire, see what they can sell me this time.

Would this make the car judder at low speed ????

    Unhappy

And on it goes went into a differant stealers today for a second option, Called me a said the EGR so told them had one fitted 2 weeks ago at differant stealers and they said they would look deeper into it.
Called back 2 hours later and said the intercooler was leaking and this may have cloged up EGR but will clean it out £334 So said ok go ahead he said will be ready for you later today. Called me back at 5:30 and said they couldn't get it to run right and they couldn't reset the ECU. I can feel more money coming out of my walet..

Just picked up car and still it judders at 1500rpm, now they say it could be the new EGR so they are going to fit a new one and see if it makes any differance then after that they will look at sending the injectors away to bosch but there tec 2 is saying nothing wrong with the injectors. And they say that if it's the EGR then it's not covered on it's warranty even though it's only 2 weeks old becouse the intercooler has stuffed it...
No spare cars so service manager lent me his car with the same engine Ha this is how they should run..
