I think it was the facelifts that lost the lock, mine has it, never used it. What does it do, permanantly lock the boot?

Did on the astra so guess so... mates pre face cdti has no lock either... looks neater de-badged, might take it out...?!?!?

i think it was after 2004. boy at my work has an 04 sxi with six button wheel and no lock

Half can is the buttons on the wheel, full can is the rollers

Must have just been one of those secret changes

My 54 plate GSi is pre-facelift 05 build and has boot unlock on the fob and driver's door switch panel... no keyslot on boot button.
Maybe it was a trim level thing, not a MY thing ?

my 52 Elite has it , i hate it its a ****** pain , you cant just open the boot you have to either press the fob or a button on either of the front doors , crap when its raining
