Beep Beep Beep

Driving out of carpark from work tonight was murder, even worse for 5 min I had left the had brake on and was cursing the snow for my wheels spinning

anyhow notices a beeping noise while wheels were spinning, my tc was flashing it was like the beep you hear if you leave your lights on and open the door, I'm assuming it must be either handbrake warning sound or seatbelt warning as at that time my passenger didnt have his seatbelt on as he was getting in and out to push. Anybody confirm this.

the handbrake does have a beep , but seatbelt beep only beebs if i aint got mine on

you left the handbrake up mate

leaving handbrake up and trying to drive i'm assuming causes the beep.

yes, or entering your works icy car park and pulling it while messing about

yep did a bit of that last week when the snow first fell, probably 2 busy then to notice the beeping.

You should only hear one beep if you've left the handbrake on - unless you kept stopping and starting?

Also, I believe it doesn't beep until you reach 10 mph.

yep tried it this morning by slightly lifting handbrake up while driving and beep beep beep. sorted thanks for the info

Hey I m 54 years old and I still have to find out how the works vans handle in the snow. They can be anything from Merc Sprinters to 16 tonnne box vans
