What's the actual use of these? I mean they're ****ing ugly, but surely they're that ugly for a ****** good reason?

Why would you want it to be urine and blood resistant? Surely if you run someone over, whether their blood stains your car is the least of your worries...urine-and bloodresistant, resistant to disinfectant-proof
To stop stone chips on the front edge of the bonnet. Don't look right on the vec but are popular in europe/USA
