    Default LED Relays

I've been looking into solving the problems with my LED indicators flashing when off & the problem with using LED's as sidelights. While doing this i chanced on some sellers offering LED relays which claim to correct the unwanted flashing.

If they are any good they'd be preferable to fitting a total of 14 load resistors for the indicators, side, rear & reversing lights.

Has anyone had experience of these & if so, what are your findings?

I'm not so much talking about the LED bulbs, i already have them, what i'm enquiring about is a replacement relay for the indicators which is suitable for use with LEDs, in turn stopping the flashing when they're not in use.

i for 1 would be very interested in seeing what youve done, preferable to all the load resistors youd have to fit.

the ones i was talking about actually replace the various relays for the lights. different ones have different pin configurations i guess for different applications. the prices seem to be around the £15 mark plus postage & come from Hong Kong.

    Hi Kentish,

its not nearly as complicated the way i have done it (mainly because i'm not a big fan of working out resister loads n such,

i'l sort a diagram and when i have completed all the relays for the rest of my lights i'l post some pics
