Anyone bought a 2.2 direct centre exhaust for twin conversion?

There was a VXR Y peice on ebay few days back, went unsold so sure will be on now... not sure if proper VXR but told it would fit normal back boxes, only wanted £40 for it...

Sheffiled area IIRC.

yeah saw that but didnt have the right hand back box then!........I think it was sold using the BIN button, im sure I saw a post here saying it was something to do with Sri-Rich???

I put a 2.0T twin on my single exit 2.2 petrol with no problems. All I did was cut the centre section and sleeved the larger bore over and clamped it down.

Was gonna ask about this anyway Rushy... so if i got a back box for O/S, i still need to mess with modding the centre section... i want twin also but OEM look

I want an OEM look also, I have the backbox and twin outlet trim, just need the Y section now but on a budget I dont want to pay the excessive price for it!!

Same here, if have to part with the money... might aswell get a full brand new knocked up with as close to OEM as possible...

But still prefer standard personally....

You could put it on now, without connection... its only the cold mornings that would give it away its not connected...

lol but It would wobble around as would only be held by exhaust rubbers.......I can wait. Really would like Irmscher dual system but stupid money!
