    Default Debadging issue.

Just took the dinner plate off the rear of the car and thought I'd remove the "Vectra" from the boot strip while I was at it.

I now have the issue that the word "Vectra" is ghosted on to the boot strip. I've tried intensive tar removing it for about 20 mins, tried hot water too, but it's still there.

Anyone know how to get rid of the ghosting?

Yep. Poured hot water from the kettle over it to losen the glue, then got some fishing line behind it and sawed down. Then used the tip of my finger (not nail) to rub most of the remaining glue off, then finished it with intensive tar remover.

Will check again in the morning as it was going dark, but had no issue with my Astras either doing it.
