Default XP Splitter: Anyone tried one of these?

This is going for about 50 quid less than the vx part:

Has anyone out there had one and if so, are they worth a go?

    Cheers

Ive got to be honest, its a 'fairly' good copy. Not the best of fits though, I bought one, offered it up to the car but sold it as I wasnt happy. You may have to use a lttle filler around the corners but thats what put me off.

Reckon I'd have the same response dude; did you get a vx one instead? If so, is the genuine article a straightforward fit?

The genuine one will fit no problem, no gaps etc.

Ive seen a vec with the copy one fitted and with a little filler stuff around the gaps it looked fine, no problems. I just dont fancy filling it, ill fit it but Im not good enough to use filler lol !!

Myself, I would pay more for the original, only because im no pro !!
