Spare a thought for those no longer with us.

It's that time of year again when families get together to enjoy xmas. Sadly there will be 104 families where a beloved son is absent this year, such as young 18 year old Robbie Laws, whose mum Wendy will be spending her xmas knowing she will never see her son again.

These are the brave soldiers who served in our places so we could enjoy the safety, warmth, and the experience of xmas with our own families.
Some will say they did not have to go, they had a choice, but be assured that if no one volunteered, conscription would no longer be something from our past, they would have no alternative but to re-introduce it again.

So can we all spare a thought for those family members who are missing loved one's this xmas.

I for one will be thinking of them!, these lost heroes will not be forgotten! RIP guys.

Yes it is sad, bad enough the pain of war is killing, but when its people who have not lived, its heartbreaking. Thoughts for the families...
