fog light wiring

first off hi to everyone on the forum!!!

i just got new vectra and the front fogs dont have a switch to turn them on, only the back ones. the fogs are in and fitted when i got it so maybe they didnt come standerd and the guy fitted them? not sure? but how would i go about wiring the fogs to be on separate from the headlights? any diagrams would be helpfull.

if yours is the sri then it should work
try changing the switch with both fog buttons

just found out its not the sri its an active but it has a sri kit on it (dam). didnt no as it was a bday present from daddy lol

Might be worth checking the SEARCH section posts/threads for FOG LIGHTS as there are a few variations depending how they were fitted....

The manufacturers factory fitted fogs front and rear had two push buttons on the light switch one for front and one for the rear....a conversion/upgrade using these parts needed the car to be Tech 2'd to make 'em work as I understand...other upgrades 'bypassed' the need for being Tech 2'd using a 'seperate' front foglamp switch and wiring then independantly...various posts in search may help.....Cheers

Good luck with the project bigal12....something I'd thought about doing on our Facelift Club which has the NON Sport front bumper.....but shied away from it so far...may have a go next spring /summer....Cheers
