Default Outside temperature sensor gone mad!

    Hi folks,
The outside temperature on the display of my Vectra C is gone nuts in recent months. At the moment i'm getting readings of minus 30 to 40 and during the summer I was getting plus 30 when it was barely 17 or 18 outside! Any ideas on this - is it just a case of replacing the sensor or is there calibration involved? The sensors appear to be less than a tenner on ebay...

Is that not just UK weather ..... IIRC the sensor doesn't need calibrating etc just replaced...

    Hi everyone

my temp sensor always reading around 8 deg C less than actual outside temp. I'm having difficulty finding it. Can someone please write step by step instructions? I have a 2006 SRI 1.9 cdti, the one with the newer more modern looking headlights.

i don't know what/how to remove things to get to the sensor?

    thanks
