Hello matey, this site will give you tyre equivalence for road speed and percentage of difference but not the offset and fitment. HTH

OK, firstly, what size tyre do you have now?

Vectra C and Signum have tyre sizes in different groups that are programmed by Tech 2.

    Group 1

    215 55 16"
    215 50 17"
    225 45 18"
    235 35 19"

    Group 2

    205 55 16"
    225 45 17"

245 45 18" is in none of the groups so you will have many issues.

Possible arch rubbing, 245 tyres need a minimum 8" wide rim.
    Speedo vastly out of calibration.
Gearing will be altered slowing the car down.
The offest will also make a difference with the 245 set up, too high and the inside of the wheel will rub on the strut.
Too low and the outside of the tyre will be exposed making it illegal.

My advice is to forget the 245 set up.
