they do... but there is an orange cap built in to standard white repeaters, standard use white bulbs and the cap...

This cap will need removing for the silvertech look... cant be the first to do ir realise this? surely someones changed them...

    this orange cap?

I would drill them out m8 shouldn't be hard, just need a big drill..or you could try smashing it out with a nail and a light tap from a hammer... although you cant really see the orange in the white side repeaters anyway.

Thats the one mate. I'll give it a go next days off...

I'm thinking a drill bit big enough so it doesn't take the lip off so the holder still fits, then i think a junior hack saw blade down the top gap and bottom to cut the remainder of it in half. just hope its not glued...

Well its not worth trying to drill. the orange cap dome sits neatly against the white, not worth the risk...

Tried prising it out and i dont think it has a lip, but it will only come back so far. would still need breaking up to get out...

The only other way would be to drill it to the full width, taking off the lips for the bulb holder, but dont fancy having to tape things together on the car lol...

There in the oven cookin on a low heat, going to see if the outer cover comes away easy as it seems to want to pop off outwards... will probably end up being one of those things you wish you'd never started playing with...
