Default Are all glow plugs for DTi the same?

Have a 2.2DTi 2004, time for changing the glow plugs now. Have seen a pretty good offer on ebay but will they be the best match for my engine? Anyone have experience with the DTi engines? Are the glow plugs the same for all DTis?

No not buy cheap unknown make glowplugs.....better to get the best you can, will save time and money in the long run.

I bought mine from GSF (German Swedish and French) for my 2.2DTI they are Beru? I think and came out at £30 for a set of four. If your unsure use the Euro Car Parts website as you can find the correct parts by using you reg number.

Go for good plugs from a good manufacturer and replace all 4 - any that haven't failed will do soon due to sod's law.

The plugs will be in there for ages so you'll get your money's worth out of them. I went for NGK and they have been abolutely fine. They were about £30-40 for 4.

I would think they remained the same throughout. but you need to check. Does the NGK partfinder list more than one part for your car? In any case, a good supplier will be able to tell you which ones are right for your car whichever make you go for.

Ahh, of course! The NGK partfinder should give a hint, huh?!

Well yes, the plugs seems to be the same all the way. Both Vectra B/C, Zafira and Astra use all the same plugs on both DTR/DTi-engines, except for some of the oldest 2.0 engines.
Good, cause these Bosch glowplugs where pretty cheap
