    Default Fan stopped working

    Hi guys
My first post so apologies if this has been covered before:
    Car: 3.2v6 04 plate
A few weeks ago i had a servo motor replaced that controls the air con recirculation by vauxhall. Driving to work today with the air con set to demist the windscreen all of a sudden the fan stopped now nothing at all from the fan?
Any suggestions on what to check or is it worth taking it straight back to vauxhall?
    cheers!

Thanks for all the advice guys
After returning the car to vauxhall it looks like the fan speed control servo/relay could have gone possibly due to a previous leak? It's being done tomorrow under an RAC warranty so i'll post the findings when i have them to hopefully help out someone else

    hi Andy,

thanks for the "posative" feedback - but the search button is your friend

    http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21620&highlight=fans

also remember that this is quite a busy site and an initial post can soon be pushed off the front page within 5 minutes so the odd bump as "peak times" (first thing and 7pm) really could have helped as well

its a common fault as reported here in 2007 and there are about 100 other similar threads that would have told you what you needed

    Merry Christmas

Cheers for that had tried searching but didn't think that particular thread was any good as i had no heating at all.

After a visit again to the stealers it has been diagnosed as a faulty climate control, control module! thank god for my RAC warranty as the total replacement cost was £365!! add that to the recirc servo that failed 3 weeks ago and i think everone would agree that £500 in my first month of owning the car is gutting lol

Definitely thinking of keeping the warranty going next year!
