    Default No Cigarette Lighter

I have a Vectra energy 1.8 which does not have a cigarette lighter fitted. After looking at some threads i have discovered that there are some wires under the gator of the gear lever which i have found. Can anyone tell me if these are the right wires and which block i connect to(see Pic).

    How the car is now.

Lastly is it just a case of fitting it in the slot where the wires are coming out and drilling the blank plate or can i buy a plate with the hole pre drilled.

    Thanks

Its an option mate. Its called the smokers pack. The large black plug is for the actual 12v feed for the ciggy lighter and the little white one is for the ash tray light. HTH

Could do a swap. Just need an outlet to plug my sat nav into.

Have you got the rear socket by the rear vents?

unless DAN wants to swap of course, i'd suggest leaving it blanked. get any cheap lighter that the vaux power cables will plug into, and then leave it lose underneath...

Can run the wire for the sat nav behind the dash then and make it look a little neater IMO...

I had a slim ps2, TV and mobile charger running off a 3 way split cig lighter adaptor hidden underneath the ashtray, was easier then hardwiring and you couldn't spot it...
