    Default R/c cars

    Guys i need some help,my son has a Carisma r/c Ford focus but something is missing from the controller (where the battery sits).I took it down today to charge it to take it to the local park for a spin..If anyone has one of these controllers could they please post some pics of the base controls so that i know what is missing,it seems to be something along the sides where the AA batteries sit Thanks

    It might be the frequency crystal that sets the channel for the transmitter, there should be one on the car too

    If its the crystal then its def needed to communicate with the car. Useless without it.

    Needs to match the frequency in the car as well.

    I dont think its the crystal,it seems to be something about 15mm wide that runs along the top and bottom of the 8 AA batteries to hold them in place
