Default other neighbour has reversed into the mrs's car

right what would you guys do.......
just got back home this morning and have just noticed a tow bar imprint in the back of the wives car!!! which wasnt there an hour ago
now the fat bee-atch next to us has just got a company van which she reverses upto where the wife parks in the street and the the said van has a tow bar on the back which now also has grey paint on it!!
the above van is now parked 2 car lengths away down the street where its never normally parked.
now do go round and kick off or ring her company and complain?
    help needed.

Take a photograph of the other vehicle AND a close up of the tow bar NOW
The other party has 7 days in which to report the accident, otherwise they have committed an offence
However give them 24 hours, then lightly drop the hint, "Did you reverse into my car?"
They might say no, in which case go to the local Police Station and report the matter

If you have fully comp insurance, then contact their legal helpline
Start the ball rolling for a claim
Since the car was parked it will be a non-fault claim, plus you have the other vehicles details
The rear bumper is going to cost at least £500 to repair / replace

go round.. ask them to offer it up to the back of the car so that when u phone the police u can elimante her from the enquires....

Go round all nice and with the attitude of trying to proove it wasnt her...

when it lines up to the car... ask them direct if it was her... still play it all nice... dont kick off..

if she denies it tell her u will need to call the police as its a hit and run etc etc... and that because the towbar and damage marry up... that they will prob need to speak to her.

to comply with the road traffic act, she actually has 24hrs to report, show her docs at the nearest police station, of which she should attend as soon as convienently possible...

    Thats not on.....

IS there any paint from your car on the tow bar of the van? That would be pretty conclusive! I'd then take a photo of that and then ring her company informing them.

Also if you can get away with it, measure the height of the tow bar against the height of your damage.
