314mm brakes and stones?

driving along and I've got a scrapping noise coming from the front right wheel, its coming from the disk.

is it possible that a stone has got trapped in the caliper, is it easy to have that happen?

suggestions please.

As it is with any, could also be in between the deflector plate hth ...............

but its coming from the front and the front doesn't have any deflector plates.

The caliper has a plate, unless someone's removed it.

Try checking the plate/shield that protects the bottom ball/suspension joint from the disc. Sometimes stones get caught in this gap and sometimes the plate gets bent onto the disc. Even on 314 conversions, this plate is still there as it's not part of the upgrade.

Mine was doing this and the noise drove me crazy. 1tap with a screwdriver and everything back to normal.
