Default The Vectra's got to go

Bought my 55 plate 2.2 direct estate fom Vauxhall just over a year ago it only has low miles and full dealer service history but it's cost me a fortune and been a real headache, so tomorrow I'm gong to look at a couple of other esates Sabb, Honda and Volvo and gonna chop it in.

List of problems in 1 year:

    Pair rear shocks
High pressure fuel pump and Valve
    Fog light
EML light on and off like a yoyo now need
valves or something cleaning on the manifold.
    Boot stuck locked.

All in all a very dissapointed with this Vectra I had a Vectra B for nearly 10 years and it only went wrong once. My wife has an Astra and never had problem in 5 years.

It's a lovely car to drive and loads of space for all the kids stuff but had enough of it sorry to say.

My Vec B was more reliable than my C too!!! not had any majors probs but all i replaced on the vec B was a battery in 123,000 miles (other than consumables). Since owning the Vec C since Feb its thrown its belt when the crank shaft pulley broke, EGR valve cleaning, and Atmospheric sensor fault. Can't whinge too much as i've read some horror stories on here. :-)
