try ''ALDI'' they have a half decent one for less than £20.00 and it was recomended to me by a mechanic

I would avoid a 'cheap' torque wrench like the plague, and forget it if it doesnt come with a calibration certificate. A torque wrech is as much a precison instrument as it is a 'spanner'.
I would vote for halfords, being made by Norbar, but more than £40 (worth it though!)

Have you looked at the Halfords Professional / Advanced range as these tools carry a lifetime guarantee and are very well made
Its not calibrated; I really dont see the point..
If you want to do a bolt up to 200Nm, thats what you want, not 184Nm. or 209Nm The only way to make sure your getting 200Nm is to get a calibrated wrench.
