Default Rear suspension arm bushes : How much to get done?

My Vec passed it's MoT last week with flying colours but I had an advisory for play in the rear suspension arm bushes, both upper and lower.

This would tally up with the creaking noise I have been getting from the rear of the car over the past month or so. Not got the time or facilities to change them myself so I was wondering if anyone had a ball park figure of how much this job normally cost's ( parts and labour ) to get done at a garage?.

I'll probably take it back to where I get the MoT's for our car's done and will ask them for a quote but I just wanted to ask you guys on here so I can decide if any quotes I get are reasonable or not in comparison.

    Cheers.

    supply your own arms

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-VECTR...item35a332fba2

and they will charge 1- 1.5 hours labour mate..

or if they supply your looking at a charge of 40 quid per arm non vx.

Was just checking our 55 reg Vectra C Club Hatch over with 40K on the clock before 2nd MOT..its due end in a couple of weeks time... and spotted the bushes on the rear lower suspension arm..the one that supports the rear spring...

Photos below... they look an absolute b*****ds to replace ....most threads/post regarding rear suspension bushes appear to be about the other arms on the rear suspension with little mention of those above...

Any one changes these????Advice would be welcomed...cheers
