    Default self adhesive carbon fibre

    Can anyone recommend any as I'm thinking of trying to do diy door pillars and a couple of other little bits?

    Not a great pic but i had my pillars done with carbon fibre before getting the Irmy ones quite a few places on ebay will supply you with the carbon firbre ...one tip my friend dont just stick it on the pillars get some thin plastic and cut it to shape put your'e carbon on that then glue it to the pillars and it will look real good and another touch would be to get Irmy steering wheel badges from LMF to finish it off

    I'm thinking of doing a few bits with vectra b supertouring badges so if I could get a couple of fairly small ones onm there instead of near the side repeaters I think that would look good if it was done well! That's a big if with me lack of skills though!

    Do the pillar trims come off or are they stuck on? WOuld I be best taking them off, covering them and then putting them back on?

    I dont think they come off my friend you would be better using plastic as long as it is pliable and stick them on like that

    The door pillar trims to remove are a F***** lol tried to remove mine but got no where with mine so gave up lol.

    I used a sunstrip that had the carbon fibre effect on it then I bought 2 Irmscher badges from a member on here and they look the biz.



    All in it cost me £22.50
