    Default Seats falling forward??

The other day i used back seats for first time being lowered to fit in a table

since then they will not snap back to position and there seems to be a red tab on show?

Can anyone offer some light as stressed it will cost a lot of cash to sort???

car is only a 2006 and immaculate so not sure if its been a fault latch but its happened on both rear seats????

    thanks in advance for help

Some times they need to be pushed back harder than you would like to think Apart from that, make sure the catches are not stuck.

mine did this the other day, i only noticed after slamming the brakes on and the back seats flew forward. I just went crazy on them a couple of times and then checked the catches were working. After that just really slammed it and it clicked into position.

Yep as the guys say, the red tab is to let you know it has not gone back in correctly. Just push it back HARD and that will sort you out

they're a really tight fit, slam them back hard.
    they'll click into place.
