    Default CDTI 150 Tuning

I have had my CDTI 150 for 3 years now, and plan at some point to get some more HP from it. I am considering of course a remap, but on the courtney website I seen the intercooler kit for the Astra 1.9 CDTI (located near the bottom of page):

    http://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/inde...ewDoc&docId=26

My question is would this fit the Vectra? ie are the pipes in this kit too short?

    Cheers,

    Gazza4

Not too sure about that mate.

However, not sure it's actually worth it our 150's mate as we have a VXR intercooler already

Stick with the remap, that's what I'll be doing soon hopefully

Doesn't your vec have an intercooler, yet??

And why pay that much if you can get a tuning from EDS ( germany ). It's this month just 349 euro's and you get tuned up from 150HP/320Nm to a stunning 200+HP/430Nm

    Just a tought !

TBH Garry no point in going this route IMHO. Even if you want to go down the route Andrew took with his astra(diff turbo, intercooler, closed induction, downpipe etc) it make's decent figure's around 210-220Bhp but its even more laggy than normal and cost's serious cash - good remap, set of good brake's and enjoy

And get a decent suspension setup, you may not be fast on the straights but you can have lots of fun on the twistys
