    Exclamation headlight woes

    just fitted sri lights to my design 06, the problem is that the high beam is all ways on, on the passenger side, i changed the bulb but it still seems to stay on, all the other lights work ok on both sides,
    even the warning light on the info screen says "check main beam",
    any help please

    Are all the conections clean. Might be worth giveng them a clean, just to make sure.

    yes to both. all cleaned and in the right way.. seems strange that it stays on all the time( goes of when in side light mode,)

    the network is putting on the bulb as it believes the other bulb is out and not working to try and give you a "matched pair" so to speak - try swapping the bulbs from the working side and see if the fault transfers to the other side - at least this will rule out the bulb and then you can either look at the connector or wiring

    balls, didnt want to get my fat fingers stuck changing the drivers side again, cheers tho, give it ago in morning and take it from there,

    i appreciate its not what you wanted to hear - but if you can rule out the bulbs and wiring then it has to be a faulty lamp

    how could it be a faulty lamp.. the bulb only sits in the holder,,
