Default Power Steering Question (Vectra 2.0 Active DTI)

My power steering has been lost. No warning lights or anything. I am presuming loss of fluid to be the likeliest cause but I am not sure how I can check the fluid level or where to refill the fluid.

Can anyone help please or suggest other possible likely causes?

    Thanks in advance.

you pump is electronic, and is more than likely to be behind the front bumper under the drivers head light, they are none to pack up, but well worth checking first, but if the fluid is low you will need green power fluid, known as CHF, central hydraulic fluid,

YES, you have 2 torx 20 screws in each front wheel arch, 5 plastic pins you need to pull out, and there is 2 plastic doles on top of the bumper, 1 each side by the head light, push the centre 1 down, but put your hand underneith so you dont loose it, then you just give the bumper a hard pull fron the sides first to realise it from the wings

I have the 2002 2.0 dti and the power steering resevoir can be accessed by taking the plastic liner out the drivers side wheel arch.
