Has helped me out a few times
it was a friend who told me about it, he works for a claims company and they use it
i gave it a try to contact the bank and works
It's always worth looking on company documentation to see if there's a conventional number.
Also be aware of 0840, 0841, 0842, 0843, 0844, 0846, 0847, 0848 and 0849 numbers - only 0845 is local/national rate - the others can be premium rate.
And don't use 0800 from a mobile, it's chargeable - just find a callbox.
not so great for my local doctor though... they refuse to book me an appointment on their local number... even though (according to one of the Doctors) it goes through to the same phone!!

I've used this site for a while as I get free minutes on my mobile but 0800 0844 etc aren't included.....They are now...
