Had my car wacked in car park

she reversed out beside my car and caught the corner of the bumper then smacked the front of the car cracking the number plate and scuffing the front bumper again grrrrr the she didnt stop so i went to the police and they are dealing with it now

Did you get the reg ? Well done if you manage to sort this. I remember a post recently saying the police wouldn't deal with a similar accident as it was on private land. I believe it is a police matter anywhere the public use to drive / park the rules of the highway apply.

And to think.... People give me evil looks and call me every name under the sun for parking at the back of the carpark in two spaces.
These bad drivers get away with it if nobody actually see's them!
It's not just cars either, it's rogue shopping trolley's and handbag buckles!

I don't care if people think I can't park, id like to see them parallel park a Vectra without parking sensors into a space just a few inches longer than the car.

You were fortunate to have a witness! perhaps she'll pay attention more in future!
