Default Traction control on an 04 sri-how easy to fit ?

As the title says-how easy is it to fit traction control into an 04 sri (cdti 150). Seems to have a few issues slipping on the roads every now and then (don't think it's my driving ALL the time, LOL). Also how much to do it ?
    Thanks,
    Steve

No mate, does it have the wiring already in place like some models do and it's just a case of connecting the switch to the wiring ?

Should have it all in place just need the switch pn 13138265 £11.30 from a dealer.

Mines an 04 SRI CDTI 150 and it went straight in and is working.

There is a plug behind there yes, but some work and some don't, but even if it doesn't, you'll have a nice new switch that lights up.

By installing the switch you will only add the function to switch off traction control!

You could check the fuse is ok, but I would have thought if the fuse had blown you'd have warnings on the dash?

I thought all of them , was just really responding to the original question , so you dont need a switch for traction control as it already there.Best thing is to check the ABS ECU if you put pin 3 (if i remember correctly) to ground and it displays the icon on the clocks , you can have TC disabled. The option you have if the switch doesnt turn off the TC , you can get another ABS ECU.
