    Default HID kits

Anybody heard of VVME.com or got any lights off them? Any reviews or recommendations for a nice HID kit

Not heard of them personally. Many on here (myself included after being let down by Jam Performance Parts) seem very happy with the products, prices and service of HIDs Direct in Salford.
My personal choice has been the 35w 6000k kit. You can see my results here :

Yes, but considering a 35W kit will give you approx 3 times the amount of light that a 55W halogen bulb will give you, why bother with a 50W kit and the extra expense when a 35W kit will be more than adequate.

ps, I got my kit from www.hids4us.co.uk for £67.49 delivered & 2 yr warranty.

Personally I'd say 50w isn't 'particularly' brighter than 35w - despite the logic that says it should be. I've been close enough to a couple of cars at work which have 50w systems and going by light on the ground I'd say there's not a huge difference.
But I'm sure others will have their own thoughts on this one..... that is after all, what a forum is for

I had the 35w kit and to be honest i didn't think it was bright enough this was the Jamsport kit. Replaced it with the 50w kit from hids direct and i find it MUCH better.

Went for a spin late at night in the peak district and had a few brown pant moments due to lack of visability! The 50w kit really is alot brighter well in my experience it is anyway. Maybe the Jamsport kit wasn't very good?

Ive got the HID Direct 35w 5k kit and its a lot better than the standard lights, like they say not much difference between the 35w and 50w though the 50w is meant for off road use only if you read the small print in the adverts.
