which oil

i have 2006 1.6 fulloil vectra not diesel my car 47000 km...
i wanna change my car oil but which oil i use i dont know which is the best

CASTROL MAGNATEC 10W/40
Mobil SUPER FE 5W/30
FORMULA SHELL 10W 40 API SM
BP VİSCO 5000 10W/40 CLEAN GUARD
ELF MOLİGRAF F1 10W/40
GM 10W/40
JB GERMAN FORMULA XXL 0W/40 Or 10W/40 or 5W/40

Which one is best for my car..

Providing it meets or exceeds ACEA A3 / GM-LL-A-025 oil quality specification, then it should be ok.

i started using this and my engine went so much quiter and smoother,
expensive but worth it.
i used to use the one v/x supply but not any more.
