best way to put on weight.

Right I want to put on weight and build up whats the best approach without addatives..

i eat like mad, theirs always a clean plate with me..i snack all through the day at work..
I am 10st only 23 years old..its doing my nut in..am only a 30 waist witha belt

just want to fill out a tad

Believe me you dont want to 'fill out a tad'.

Enjoy it whilst you are slim. Im trying to loose weight and its no easy.

u need to eat 6 bits of toast at lunch time, then 4 burgers on a roll each then have chinese take-away, and in between those sit and eat big bags of sweets and drink lots of beer
