Hi new on here

Hello everyone, my name is Tony and i am picking up my first vec c on saturday. It's a sri 150 cdti auto.... but is a special edition in that it has full black leather interior and 19" snowflakes its just 3 year old.
I have driven vec b's for 8 year now and always had v6 ones but needed to economize on fuel. When i get it i will post some pics and just really wanted to ask what if anything i should look out for with this car it looks very nice and has everything that i want.
Is anyone familiar with this model as most sri's only seem to come with cloth interior and spoked alloys.

hi mate - one thing to check will be the snowflakes - make sure there not cracked/repaired otherwise you will be looking for replacements and there not cheap

Thanks guys i have checked the alloys and they seem ok i can well imagine they will not be cheap though! one has a slight kerbing to it but i will have it taken out with a refurbisher. Forgot to mention that my new car has done just under 50,000.

Thanks i desperately want to cut my fuel costs so i hope the diesel will do it for me i never owned a diesel before. Are they pretty easy to service? i used to do a lot of my own work on the v6.....lovely engines but too thirsty.
Someone told me the glow plugs are a bit tricky to change??
