yeah reallistically the s3 will hold its it value pretty well. Its the clio i'm worried about as there was only 1100 of them and they are getting rarer and the price is going up to reflect it. I don't want to see them in few years time and think i really should have kept it.

I'll see what happens but realistically i would be stupid not to do it for fear of what might happen in a few years time.

I've got 9 years ncb on the vetcra its just companies won't mirror any of that onto the clio as i had a fault claim a year back and also Bolton is not the best of areas. it shouldn't really be a problem as i can apply all my ncb towards it.

I'd do it but not for the reasons you say. I'd bet the running costs of the audi would be almost as much as the two cars anyway. The fuel consumption of them is terrible, the insurance will be high, the servicing is high, and parts are very expensive if you have even a minor incident.

For some reason the quattros eat the tyres as well if you drive em hard. The vectra will lose all tis value but is relatively cheap to run and maintain, the audi will still lose most its value and will cost you a fortune in the meantime. But yeah do it, but not from a finacial point of view.

Oh and forgot to say, check the gearbox on the audi. Like subarus if the gearbox is fine the cars worth something, if not its virtually valueless...
