Default Wholesale ICE - Supplier Details

After deciding to look at other things I've decided not to bother with dropshipping ICE equipment.

I bought all my stuff from

    www.chinavasion.com

its a top notch dropshipper and although on your first order you will be asked to jump through a few hoops like sending a photo of your driving license its a good deal cheaper than the ebayers.

They accept paypal so you are covered by Paypals usual gumf.

You must sign up to see the final price but this is free and is very much reccomended.

When you come to ordering Do Not choose DHL .. they are very hot at picking up things for customs leading to an unexpected VAT bill.

FedEx where the best.. They had an item delivered to someone within 36 Hours of them placing the order!! And yes thats from CHINA!

Now to anyone thinking of starting a dropshipping side number...

it all seems good.... Untill a customer is charged VAT by customs if it is ever caught and they come chasing after you for the money or leave Neg Feedback etc etc.

Also imagine dealing with a return item under the distance selling regs where under law they can return the item for no reason and at YOUR expense withing 7 days of receiving the item!!

Also if i Notice anyone from here dropshipping... I will ask for this to be removed... and I will also Buy ur items then return them under the Distance Selling Regs so you can be lumped with a nice bill!!

    Distance Selling Regulations

If you sell goods or services to consumers by:

    the internet
    digital television
    mail order, including catalogue shopping
    phone
    fax

then you need to know about the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

The key features of the regulations are:

you must give consumers clear information including details of the goods or services offered, delivery arrangements and payment, the supplier's details and the consumer's cancellation right before they buy (known as prior information)

you must also provide this information in writing

the consumer has a cooling-off period of seven working days.

i dont want anyone taking the mick mate.. rather ppl got some stuff for cheap rather than just have someone go on ebay again and try and make a few ppl out of the site.
