Default Just Read Fault Codes Help! 3.0 CDTi

Hi all i have just read the fault codes of my 3.0 CDTi Estate
    and they are as follows

Total number of fault codes: 13
    P0105 - Boost Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
    (52) - Not present
P1625 - Main Relay Circuit Low Voltage
    (06) - Not present
P0380 - Glow Time Relay Circuit Malfunction
    (00) - Not present
P0650 - Malfunction Indicator (MI) Circuit Low Voltage
    (06) - Not present
    P0190 - Rail Pressure Range/Performance (Negative Deviation)
    (52) - Not present
P0235 - Boost Pressure Low Pressure
    (12) - Not present
P0235 - Boost Pressure High Pressure
    (11) - Not present
P1571 - Brake Switch Circuit Malfunction
    (00) - Not present
    P1530 - A/C Relay Voltage Low
    (06) - Not present
P0409 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Range/Performance (Closed Valve)
    (63) - Not present
P1235 - Guide Vane Control Rod Position Sensor Range/Performance (Stuck Closed)
    (63) - Not present
P0615 - Starter Relay Circuit Low Voltage
    (06) - Not present
P0615 - Starter Relay Circuit High Voltage
    (01) - Not present

I then reset all and read the codes again, and here are the results

Total number of fault codes: 3
    P0105 - Boost Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
    (52) - Not present
P0381 - Glow Device Circuit High Voltage
    (05) - Present
P0615 - Starter Relay Circuit Low Voltage
    (06) - Not present

any pointers in the right direction would be a great help i think the first step would be to clean the boost valve would that be right if so is there a how 2 on it as i can't see one for the 3.0 CDTi

    thanks

The "Not present" suggests that the faults were present at some point in the past but are now gone.
I am getting P0190 - Rail Pressure Range/Performance (Negative Deviation) on my 3.0CDTi, but that's because of the blocked SCVs

Sounds to me like the Engine Advance Control module was removed or disconnected, hence all the "not present" reason codes

I agree, start the engine a few times and then recheck

I would be quite concerned about the 0381 Glow Device High Voltage
This suggests the glow plugs are at the end of their life or glow plug relay has failed

As above, if the engne warning light is not coming on then carry on as normal

Hi never have had a EML on just done a reutine check to see if anything came up. the only slight cause for concern is the slight smell of diesel fumes in car and the fuel consumption is around 28.5mpg

It's a 3.0 V6 CDTI estate, so it probably has a DPF, hence the smell
    What MY and reg?

It doesn't have a DPF then
That would therefore suggest either damage under the car or the pollen filter needs replacing
I occasionally get a charcoal smell on a cold start, but certainly not any diesel smell

I have had the car on a ramp there is no visable dammage the exhaust system seems intact and in very good condition, I have just replace the pollen filter and my mate at the garage had a look under the car and suggested it may be the EGR pipe cracked the one on the front of the engine is fine but we can't see the one fully its burried deeper at the rear and thats the area where we can smell fumes but don't want to pull it all out to find nothing wrong. i am wondering if it could be the manifold? as i have read a lot about problems on here with the manifold.............

I've never read about problems on the inlet manifold on the Y30DT, that's a new one to me
Loads of problems on the 1,9 CDTI though

What about trying a sniffer test?
