i used to run on -45mm pi springs. looked good but the ride was a little rough. got coilovers now and its a bit more comfortable. its worth saving the extra pennies for the coilovers. £400 on ebay for hottuning coilovers

As above, -45mm PI's with std (but new) SRi shocks and the ride is spot on, not choppy/harsh or anything, its as it should have been.

Dropping down to 45mm springs on standard shocks bud ,is imho just a tad too low,you 'll probably end up knackering your shocks in no time, and you'll be hitting the bump stops frequently,i myself have the pi 30mm drop with billstein b4s on the rear but still have the standard shocks on the front, and it is does occasionally bottom out over large bumps ..think on.

I'm on Pi -45mm springs, standard SRi shocks, 19'' Snowflakes. Ride is a bit 'twitchy' sometimes (hard to describe) and you can't help but cringe when you hit a pothole.
