Just fitted a new cam belt and water pump on my 1.9 8 valve, but not 100% happy getting the correct tension on the new tensioner. I cannot get it to line up exactly with the hole marker, I feel that it is at the max tension I can achieve, the marker does move after a few revolutions.

It is not that far off, but with something so important I want to make sure that it's right. So I have a couple of questions to those who know these cars regarding the photo.

1, does it look slightly to tight
2, slightly to loose
3, fine im just being over fussy
