yes mate, thats the way it will work, but unless they have a wireless laptop or ring around everyone its not going to be possible. I think the best idea is to make a note of someone on the list who should be there before you (hence the reason for stating day or arrival). Then when you arrive, give them a ring to find out where everyone is

i was chatting to martin and myself and a few of the ex esat scotland vxlscc boys are covoying down on the thursday leaving edinburgh at 10 am. now only things i dont know
1) how many - last year 15 cars at various times over the weekend but still with vxlscc then so had space reserved.
2) dont know if they want to do their own thing or if they too are meeting others down there yet. they are a good bunch of guys but a few may be in the travel klodge etc so i need to work out numbers
3) as above do we want a veccy c only bit?
4) the above guys and myself have l huge double gazeebo and do have a party till late but although there is a small stereo and we aint rowdy by any of saturdays campsite means but i am thinking those bringing kids down
However if we can get a few down on the thursday then i will help to try and sort a place out. i will be not moving tent or anything but will be around between everyone i know over the weekend and basically having a good time.
Can i sugest we put a list up of how many cars are going, size of tent and how many gazeebo's just so when i and whoever else get there we know how best to strategically mark out some space.?
Time to work out who will be there first then. Someone will be there really early/day before I'm sure.Assuming folks aren't already on there way by then!?
