what could it be
HELP!!!! first timer here and knowledge required from seasoned vectra owners.I have just brought a 2003 gsi with the previous owner being the police using it as a motorway resonse vehicle the only problem i have is the whole small panel of a/c heated front/back windows blower control gets no power at all bar illumination when lights are on.i have checked all the fuses and they are fine. if u have any ideas please let me know

check the plugs behind the panel.. might not be put back in..
my thoughts exactly. its my first vectra and its a real wolf in sheeps clothing i want to love it but we have not quite bonded yet untill this hiccup erases it's self then let the bonding begin.
have taken small panel off and there is no power to any of the block connectors
and they are connected to the panel? and still no go! the blue should go to the righthand the black to the lefthand.

Good news they had cut some live feed wires to the control module and all is well
