Default Child car seats - 18 months, what do you have?...

If tallica gets back to me and does a deal (to buy his car) i'll need another child seat asap...

We just got one a few months ago for our other car and the missus was just gonna get same again (below). but some are a little ugly. and i cant be bothered putting it in and out so will be a premanent fixture?

its this we have now - i think

    http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Babies-R-Us...n%280012412%29

its quite nice but just checking for others...

Know they some times do quite sporty looking ones, but dont wanna go too stupid with money as its tight enough getting together for the car...

    So whats in yours??

I have two Maxi-Cosi Axiss seats, they are very similar to the Priori but the added bonus the seat swivels 90 degrees to help getting the young one in and out. No bumped heads.

Price varies somewhat RRP is £210, but after an email from Halfords I managed to get one from Halfords for £143 delivered a few weeks ago.

Hi there, this is what I have fitted in my Signum for my 19 month old - http://www.ciao.co.uk/Fisher_Price_S...1_2_3__6513245 - .
Only bought the car a few weeks ago and thought there might have been issues with fitting, but no,fitted perfectly. Not too expensive either.

We have the Britax Evolva 1-2-3. Good spec seat and I like the way the headrest kind of "comes around" the head to give some side protection. Goes up to about age 4 too.

all i would say mate, is spend as much as you can, its not something to skimp around.

Also you maybe able to find something that will now last up untill 4 years old so will be a better investment

    Could not agree more.

May be worth trying out places that will allow you to test fit the seat first to make sure you are happy with it in the car, then do a quick internet search to see if you can get it cheaper elsewhere?

Could always try a bit of haggling to get the price down... every where does ...even the Bigger stores!
