    Default Quick q.... Which way do the caliper carrier....

    ... Bolts Turn? I've got the worlds largest bar, yes i said bar, and yet I still can't turn them either way! Grrrrrrr!

    Guess what I used? You know those street signs, about 10 foot high? They have aluminium posts....I found one of those posts lying next to the kerb in my local Sainsburys car park, figured hoodies had put it there to do damage with at a later date, so discretely put it in my Siggy (it only just fitted), and used it to remove the carrier bolts. Only for the fronts tho, as the back hub doesn't swivel, you can't use such a long bar, but the rears didn't need as much torque anyway.

    I found that a nice long torque bar plus a lenght of scaffold pole did the trick!!!! Almost lifted the car off the ground :-)
