Can anyone shed some light on this, i have never noticed be fore .....or am i just been daft......it comes on with ignition on or car running and you open any door.. It looks like a cloud of smoke or fire...Is it to let you know fumes could get it the car???, when the door is open

Is it just a mishap on the dashboard? Don't think it'd warn you that smoke can get in, as it's pretty much common sense if the door's open!

Found nothing in the manual like that... think I'd add my vote to the faulty display list.

It doesn't seem symmetrical, or in a shape or anything, so I think it's just an error.

LCD bleeding I think the term is

It appears your cars trying to alert you to the fact that the passenger side front door has imploded. Sorry to tell you this.
