Air con seems to have no 'puff'....

Hi, i've an 03 Signum 3.0CDTI and whilst the aircon is certainly hot enough and cold enough respectively, there is an absolutely woeful amount of power to the flow of air coming out.

The fans make all the right noises, but even at Level 7 it genuinely wouldnt blow a candle out.

I've checked the aircon settings and they seem fine.

Anyone any thoughts?

When was the pollen filter last changed?

Does it make much difference when you switch to recirculation mode?

I put the air con onto recirculation mode and ****** hell its like a hurricane in comparison!!

I've bought a new pollen filter and going to fit it tomorrow - seems simple enough?
